Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle for driving without its headlights on Tuesday night at 8:10. The vehicle was on Michigan Road at Airport Road.

During the stop, it was determined that the driver,22-year-old Lucas Rosares of New York City, never had a driver’s license.

Rosares was then taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked in for operator never licensed. His cash bond was paid at 11 p.m. and he was released on bond.
