While on routine patrol Marshall County Sheriff Deputy Tim Hubbard stopped a vehicle for traffic infractions Sunday morning, March 17th just before 2.

During his investigation, the officer believed the driver, 31-year-old Jamie Flatt of South Bend was operating while intoxicated. He was transported out to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating while intoxicated and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
