A Plymouth man was arrested on Saturday, March 16th after a traffic stop for a moving violation.
On March 16th, at approximately 9:30, a Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop near Oak Road and Jim Neu Drive. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Kevin Diaz, 33 of Pennsylvania Avenue in Plymouth.
Diaz was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and has a prior conviction.
A Plymouth Police Officer assisted during the traffic stop and took Diaz into custody. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operator Never Licensed-Prior.
