A 27-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for public intoxication, public nudity, and resisting Friday evening by city police.

Plymouth Police were dispatched to Harrison and Broadway Streets just after 8 p.m. on March 1st for a male lying in the roadway. 

The caller told police while they were en route, the subject was running down the road and had fallen several times.

27-year-old Cody Boehm of the 14,000 block of 7B Road in Plymouth was located by Officer Krynock on Harrison Street where he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to the Emergency Room at the Plymouth Hospital where he pulled down his pants and exposed himself to the ER staff. Boehm later tried to run away on foot.

After being medically cleared, Boehm was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for public nudity, public intoxication, and resisting law enforcement.

Cody Boehm was released with No Judicial Review at 2:45 Monday morning.
