Monday evening, February 26th Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department was assisting a Deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department on a traffic stop at Seventh and Harrison Streets, just after 10.

The vehicle was stopped because it had illegal blue lights. The driver was identified as Martha Olvera, 52 years old, from North Michigan Street in Plymouth.

During the investigation, Officer Fisher determined that Olvera was suspended prior and had never obtained a driver’s license.

Plymouth Police took Olvera into custody for driving while suspended and operator without a license. She was booked into the Marshall County Jail and bonded out about 30 minutes later.
