Officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was speeding on Pioneer Drive and Miller Drive Saturday, February 24th at approximately 7:30 p.m.

The vehicle pulled over on Pioneer Drive north of U.S. 30. Officers witnessed the driver climb into the backseat.

The driver initially refused to identify himself.  He then gave a false name and was later identified as Tevin Forrest, 28-years-old of Mishawaka.

It was determined that Forrest’s driver’s license had a suspended infraction, and he had a warrant out of Saint Joseph County. Forrest was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail and booked in for false informing and the warrant.

Tevin Forrest was given a court date of March 19th and was held on a $255 cash bond.
