A Wabash man was arrested by Plymouth Police on Saturday and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on arrest warrants.

Officer Mark discovered a disabled vehicle near the traffic light of North Oak Road and Walmart.  The officer made contact with a male occupant who identified himself as Donald Adcock.

The officer determined that Adcock had two outstanding warrants from other counties. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail without incident and held awaiting pickup from the nearby counties.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
