Marshall County Police Department night shift units served an arrest warrant on Kody Whiteman, 27, at his residence on Thorn Road in Walkerton just after 11 p.m. Tuesday.
The warrant was for a felony charge of domestic battery from a previous investigation.
During the arrest, Mr. Whiteman was additionally charged with resisting law enforcement as a class A misdemeanor.
Kody Whiteman is currently in the Marshall County Jail on a $3,750 cash bond.
