The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission meets tonight at 5:30 in the council chambers of City Hall.  The meeting is open to the public and live streamed through teams.

Redevelopment Commission members will get an update on the Hoham Drive road widening project in TIF District #1.  Members will hold a discussion on the Water Street Townhomes project in TIF District #2.  This project will allow for the construction of a dozen townhouses at the northwest corner of Garro and Water Street, in the city’s parking lot.  There is also a proposal for Master Plan Services of the Michigan Street Corridor. 

In TIF District #6 there will be an update on the Centennial Crossing Residential Project which is nearly complete.  There have been some discussions that the developer is interested in expanding one of the city’s newest residential developments. 

The Redevelopment Commission meetings are open to the public and those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor of City Hall.
