A Tyner woman is in the Marshall County Jail following an early morning accident.

On Tuesday, February 13th, at 12:37 in the morning, Marshall County Police Officer Andrew Wozniak responded to the 19,000 block of 5th Road for a single-vehicle accident. The officer located a gray 2023 Toyota Camry that had left the roadway and sustained damage. The driver of this vehicle was identified as 45-year-old Lacey A. Gann of Tyner.

Gann was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of this accident. Field sobriety tests were completed, and a certified blood draw showed her blood alcohol level to be over two times the legal limit.

Lacey Gann was transported to the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or greater. She was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
