Deputy Tim Hubbard with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop early Monday morning, February 12th, and arrested a Plymouth man.
28-year-old Dario Carvajal-Santos of Lincolnway East was driving and was found to not ever have obtained a license. He was also in possession of marijuana.
Santos was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $250 cash bond. He was released on bond Monday afternoon at about 12:30.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
