The Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. in room 203 of the County Building.

The board will reorganize with the election of officers and approve the December meeting minutes.

There are two items on the agenda.  Myron and Lisa Miller are seeking a variance of development standard to allow layer barn confined feeding operation that doesn’t meet the 1,320 residential setbacks on 12 residences.  The request is at 121 East County Line Road and zoned A-1.

The second request is a special use by Henry Ankney.  He is seeking approval for a small engine repair business on the property at 3141 Plymouth LaPorte Trail in Polk Township.  The property is zoned A-1.

County Plan Director Ty Adley will also present the 2023 Plan Commission and BZA Annual Report.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting.  The meeting is also streamed live on the county’s website at www.co.marshall.in.us using YouTube.
