Plymouth Police were initially called Friday, February 9th at 6:30 p.m. to Serenity Place Apartments at 1804 West Jefferson Street to assist in locating a missing person.
During an investigation by Officer Chris Miller 19-year-old Walter Marcial Jr of Plymouth was taken into custody and charged with aiding in the delinquency of a minor.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgement of guilt may be made.
