The Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Tuesday evening at 7 & 7:30 in the second floor of City Hall.

The Plan Commission will administer the Oath of Office to Daniel Sellers the City Engineer, and Members Mark Gidley, Shiloh Milner, and Randy Longanecker.  After approving the minutes, they will make an appointment to the Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals.

The only case for Tuesday’s meeting is the request of the Plymouth Community School Corporation for a minor subdivision plan for 3 parcels at 611 Berkley Street in an R-3 Traditional Residential District.

The request will allow the school corporation to move forward with a building project.

The Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals will administer the Oath of Office to Mark Gidley and Brandon Richie.  Members will approved the minutes of the January meeting and set their meeting dates and times for 2024.

Plymouth Building Commissioner Dennis Manuwal Jr. may have a report and under Other Business is the approval of BZA 2023-25 Findings of Fact.

Both meetings are open to the public and streamed live through Teams.

Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor for the meetings.
