Plymouth Police were dispatched to 1046 Ed Cook Boulevard on Wednesday, January 31st at approximately 9:30 a.m. in reference to a harassment complaint. 

During the investigation by Officer Lovely, it was found that the suspect, Austin Donohue,28, of Ed Cook Blvd in Plymouth was in possession of marijuana. 

Donohue was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for possession of marijuana as a class B misdemeanor.  He was held on a $500 cash bond until about 1:30 when his bond was paid. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
