On Wednesday, January 28, at about 1:30 in the afternoon, Plymouth Police were dispatched to 2550 North Michigan Street, the Red Rock Inn for a noise complaint.

While investigating, Angela Manns of Plymouth was found to be on the property after being served a No Trespass Order.  She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was lodged for criminal trespass as a class A misdemeanor.  Her cash bond was set at $500 but she was released on Friday with no judicial review.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
