Culver Town Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim wants to alert utility customers about a new look for their monthly billing.
Town of Culver utility customers will see a much different look for their January bills. She said, “We have changed billing systems, which hopefully will bring some added benefits.”
If you receive your bill through the mail, it will no longer be on a postcard but rather in an envelope on an 8×10 piece of paper. The January bills should arrive later this week.
If you receive your bill via email, the email will come from noreply@utilitybillingsystem.us. The clerk encourages customers to reset their spam rules so that the email will arrive.
You are still able to pay your Culver Utility bill via check, cash, ACH, or credit card.
