Sunday morning, January 21st at about 3:15 an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a white SUV at the intersection of Fir and 4th Roads.
The driver was identified as Pedro Jimenez, 29, of Warsaw. He was found to have been operating while intoxicated with a BAC of .19%. Jimenez was booked into the Marshall County Jail and released at 1 p.m. after posting bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
