City police responded to an unknown disturbance at 2550 North Michigan Street, the Red Rock Inn Saturday afternoon and arrested a resident.
Officer Vinson investigated the disturbance call and found that 31-year-old Clerna Garcon, who lives at the Red Rock was detained and transported to the Marshall County Jail without incident. She was booked for battery and criminal mischief. Her cash bond was paid Saturday at 8:30 p.m. and Garcon was released on bond.
