Officer Steve DeLee stopped a vehicle for expired plates on Sunday, January 14that 12:15 in the morning on West Harrison Street. The driver, Michael Waters, 40, from Wyoming, MI was found to be driving on a suspended license.
Waters was taken to Marshall County Jail and booked in for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
