Mayor Rober Listenberger conducted his first meeting of the Common Council Monday night in the second-floor Council Chambers of City Hall. 

The short meeting includes setting the meeting dates for times for 2024.  The Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday of each month except Monday, May 27th, Memorials Day when the meeting will be moved to Tuesday, May 28th, and on Monday, November 11th, Veterans Day when the meeting will be moved to Tuesday, November 12th

Council members elected Don Ecker as Mayor Pro-Tempore and reappointed City Building Inspector Dennis Manuwal to the County Unsafe Buildings and Premises Board.   Other appointments made by the Common Council included keeping City Councilman Randy Longanecker on the Plymouth Plan Commission and Brandon Richie on the Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals.  The City Council has two appointments to the Redevelopment Commission.  They retained Mike Miley and Billy Ellinger as their appointments to the Redevelopment Commission.

Plymouth Airport Manager Bill Sheeley invited council members to attend one of their meetings, they meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
