The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and the Common Council will meet this evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the second-floor Council Chambers of City Hall.  Those attending the meeting should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor for the meeting.

The Board of Public Works and Safety will set meeting dates and times for 2024 and open bids for the Commerce Street Paving Project.  They may also hear any comments from the mayor or board members and various city department heads.  Mayor Listenberger will also make an appointment to the Plymouth Plan Commission. 

The agenda is short but also includes the acceptance of communications and approval of claims.    

The Common Council meeting begins at 6:30 and includes setting meeting dates and times, making an appointment of a Mayor Pro-tempore, appointing a member to the County’s Unsafe Buildings and Premises Board, making an appointment to the Plan Commission, an appointment of the Board of Zoning Appeals and appointments to the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission.
