Plymouth Police officers were dispatched to a physical fight on Wednesday, December 27th at 3:15 in the afternoon.

City police responded to 1525 West Harrison Street, the Russell House.   Russell House is a drug and alcohol rehab home for adults with substance use disorders operated by the Bowen Center.  The physical altercation was between two patients.

When officers arrived on scene they began an investigation that resulted in the arrest of 40-year-old Alvaro R. Flores of Plymouth.  He was arrested for Battery and held on a $500 cash bond in the Marshall County Jail.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made
