The Marshall County Plan Commission will meet Thursday evening at 7:30 in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building. The meeting is open to the public and will be live streamed from the county’s website at www.co.marshall.in.us.
The only item on the agenda is the consideration of amendments to the county’s solar ordinance, article 6, section 210.
The commission is working on strengthening the current solar ordinance as it relates to solar farms. They are looking at setback requirements, buffering, decommissioning and more.
