Plymouth Mayor Mark Senter presented Dave Morrow with a key to the city during the Plymouth Park Board meeting on Monday recognizing his 19 years of service.

Reading a proclamation, Mayor Senter said, David Morrow has dedicated his life to this community and has demonstrated in many practical ways his deep and genuine love for this city and the Plymouth Parks and Recreation system.

Mayor Senter did the Key to the City because in November Dave was elected to the Plymouth Common Council and will take his place on the city council January 1st.  This political seat forces him to resign his park board seat.

Dave Morrow was chosen by Mayor Gary Cook to serve as a member of the Plymouth Park Board in January of 2025.  He replaced Jack Wilhelm and became president of the board in 2016 taking over for Jim Causey.

Dave has also served as President of PIDCO, President of United Way of Marshall County and was a United Way Drive Chair. He was also the State President of Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana and remains active in St. Michael’s Church.

Mayor Mark closed his comments saying, “On behalf of the entire City Council and all our citizens, do hereby present the Key to the City of Plymouth to Dave Morrow for many, many years, a job well done and wish Dave the best in all of his future endeavors.”
