The Plymouth Police Department received a call from an anonymous source requesting a welfare check at 601 Randolph Street on Tuesday, November 28th at 12:45 in the afternoon.
Officer Derifield went to the home and as a result, arrested a Plymouth man living at the residence.
43-year-old Chris Williams was taken into custody for a warrant for fines and costs. He was held on a $241 cash bond.
