Habitat for Humanity of Marshall County will have a dedication ceremony for the 25th family home to be built in Marshall County and the first home on the property at 421 West Garro Street in Plymouth. The ceremony will be Sunday, July 2nd at 1 p.m. with Rev. Chuck Krieg presiding.

Volunteers have been working two days a week alongside the homeowner, Christy Cottrell to complete the home for her and her family.

This is the second two-story home to be built by the volunteers. Three more homes are planned at this site.

Habitat for Humanity builds homes for families who have a housing need, are willing to help build their homes, and are able to make an affordable monthly mortgage payment.

The family will be able to move in when the final touches are complete, and the building inspector issues an occupancy permit.
