32-year-old Justin Sanders of West Plymouth Street in Bremen was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on Wednesday, June 21st for Welfare Fraud. 

Sanders was part of the 2022 County Police Department’s case where inmates were filing for unemployment while they were incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail. The inmates have people not incarcerated complete the online application and weekly vouchers to receive the unemployment funds.

Justin Sanders was booked into the County Jail on Wednesday after having served time at Westville Correctional Facility.
