Plymouth Police Officers were called to Love’s Truck Stop for a male that needed assistance on Monday, May 22nd at 11:45 a.m.
During the investigation, it was learned that 23-year-old Marty Lumpkin of South Bend had an active warrant for Failure to Appear.
Lumpkin was transported to the Marshall County Jail to await extradition to Saint Joseph County.
