The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received the complaint of a physical altercation that occurred in the 8,000 block of Abbott Street at Lake of the Woods on Monday, May 15th at about 12:30 in the afternoon.
Marshall County patrol units responded and investigated the incident.
Darwin McDonald, age 69 of the Abbott Street address at Lake of the Woods was subsequently arrested for Battery as a class B Misdemeanor. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
