Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police was dispatched to Lowe’s on Tuesday evening, May 16 at about 7:30.  The call was for a theft complaint.

Lowe’s management told the office 42-year-old David Logan, an employee had been walking unpaid merchandise out the door to other subjects. They said this has happened multiple times and Logan admitted the value to be more than $50,000.

The investigation in the case is ongoing and management believes the value of the stolen merchandise is going to be much higher than the $50,000 Logan admitted to.

David Logan who lives on West Liberty Street in Bourbon was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Theft.
