On Monday evening, May 8th at approximately 6:30 Officer Lovely with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to conduct a welfare check on Raymond Buck Jr. The 27-year-old lives in the 18,000 block of Lincoln Highway. 

Raymond was found in the bathrooms at River Park Square.

During the investigation, Buck was found to be in Possession of Methamphetamines and Drug Paraphernalia.

Raymond Buck Jr. was arrested and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
