Lutheran Health Physicians and Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital are expanding services into Marshall County with a new primary care office in Plymouth. The location will be at 1904 Lake Avenue, across the street from the Plymouth Hospital.
Lutheran Health will offer family practice and onsite lab services for all ages. Patients will be able to walk in or schedule same-day appointments over the phone by calling (574) 914-6048 or online here.
The new clinic is an expansion of Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, a 72-bed facility with all-private rooms, located on a 30-acre medical campus in Warsaw. Accredited by The Joint Commission and a part of Lutheran Health Network, the hospital offers a variety of quality services close to home, including emergency care, an urgent care center, heart and stroke care, orthopedics, occupational health, rehabilitation services, a sleep center, a wound care center and a cancer care center providing chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
