The Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meet Wednesday evening in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall.

The Plan Commission meeting begins at 7 p.m.  Members will consider an exception request from ADDD Equities LLC at their new site located at 1619 North Oak Drive.  They are requesting a 6-foot setback to build a 5-foot sidewalk along with an agreement to install the sidewalk at a time when the contiguous neighbors install their sidewalks.

The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7:30 in the same room.  They have two items on their agenda.  Philip Holderman of Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Variance of Use to allow for the construction of 10 storage units on a parcel of ground located at 11975 Plymouth Goshen Trail in a rural residential district.

The second request is from Star Plymouth LLC from Rochester, NY.  They are requesting a Variance of Use to repurpose an existing building at 320 Kingston Road.  The building would have indoor climate-controlled self-storage units along with some retail space.  This is in a general commercial district.

Both meetings are open to the public for comments and questions.
