Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 209 West Street for a suspicious vehicle on Sunday, April 30th at 2:30 in the morning.

Arriving on the scene, Officer Fase found 18-year-old Jose Rosas Jr. of 814 West Madison Street passed out behind the wheel, with the vehicle running and in gear.

While attempting to wake Jose Rosas up, his foot slipped off the brake pedal and his vehicle struck two other parked vehicles.

After an investigation, it was determined that Jose Rosas had a BAC that was three times the legal limit.  He was placed under arrest and booked into the Marshall County jail on charges of OWI – Endangerment and Illegal Consumption.

Jose Rosas was released Sunday evening at about 6:30 after posting a cash bond.
