The City of Plymouth will conduct its regular meetings on Monday evening at 6 with the Board of Public Works and Safety and at 6:30 with the Common Council.

The Board of Public Works and Safety will hear reports from department heads.  Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson will discuss the Pretty Lake Conservancy District agreement and flood control in the area of West Garro Street and North Plum Street.  The Clerk-Treasurer will present a request for a crosswalk from Trinity United Methodist Church and a Tactical Urbanism request from the Plymouth Complete Streets Committee. There is also an opportunity for the public to ask questions on agenda items.

Under News Business the Plymouth Common Council will consider Tax Abatement Compliance Forms from Marshall County Life Center for a real property abatement along with Wier Enterprises LLC and Farm Innovators Inc.  Hoosier Racing Tire has a compliance form for a personal property tax abatement.

The city attorney will present an ordinance regarding legal advertisement fees for the City of Plymouth and a resolution declaring the American Containers property to be within an Economic Revitalization Area for the purpose of tax abatement.

The public also has an opportunity to ask questions and make comments on agenda items. 

The city meetings are held in the second-story Council Chambers of City Hall.  Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor.
