Tuesday evening, April 18th at about 6:15 Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue for a domestic altercation in progress.
Officer Vison began an investigation that led to the arrest of the suspect. 51-year-old Michael Langer of 326 Pennsylvania Avenue was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on an A Misdemeanor charge for Battery and a Level 6 Felony for Strangulation.
Langer was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
