On Saturday, April 15th, an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop just before noon on 12th Road near Redwood Road.   The traffic stop was for a moving violation.   

Officer Truty’s report identified the driver as Mason Lynn Stachowski, age 23, of Tomahawk Trail in Plymouth.

During the investigation, the officer said the driver was exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication. Mason Stachowski was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Operating While Intoxicated and Operating a Vehicle Endangering.

The cash bond for Mr. Stachowski was set at $1,500.  The bond was paid just before 10 p.m. on Saturday and he was released.
