Commissioners to Conduct Executive Session Friday

The Marshall County Commissioners will conduct an Executive Session on Friday, April 14^th at 9 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room in the County Building at 112 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth. 

The purpose of this Executive Session is pending litigation for the right-of-way acquisition for a bridge project. The Executive Session is in accordance with Indiana Code and proper notice was given to the local media and posed at the Marshall County Building.
