On Wednesday, March 29th officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 2269 North Oak Drive, Cricket Wireless for the report of a male smoking Marijuana.

Arriving on the scene city officers located 23-year-old Logan Dunlap who was listed as homeless.  A strong odor of Marijuana was emitting from the vehicle and Logan provided officers with a bag of Marijuana upon being asked if there was any in the vehicle.

In addition, multiple-ounce bags of Marijuana were located hidden in the center console assembly.

Logan Dunlap was cited the week before for Possession of Marijuana.  He was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
