County Police Officers responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident on State Road 10 at the curves near the west county line road in Culver on Thursday, January 31st, 2023 at approximately 5:15 in the afternoon.
The driver, identified as John Yagoda, 29, of Rolling Prairie, was found to have a suspended driver’s license and to be under the influence of alcohol. No injuries were reported.
John Yagoda was transported to the Marshall County Jail for charges related to Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Driving While Suspended with a Prior conviction. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
