On Sunday, January 29th Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Serenity Place Apartments at 1804 West Jefferson Street for a Domestic Disturbance.

Officer John Weir arrived on the scene and spoke to the subjects there.  It was found that 34-year-old Ashley Mullins who is a resident of Serenity Place has an active warrant out of Whitley County.

Mullins was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held with NO BOND for the Whitley County warrant.     

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
