Marshall County Purdue Extension Health and Human Sciences is offering an educational “Meat” Alternative program.  “Meat” Alternatives: How Do They Stack Up? will feature alternative options to typical meat proteins.

Karen Richey, Health and Human Science Educator, will discuss plant-based meat options and how those compare, nutritionally, to typical meat options.

This class will be held on Thursday, February 9, from 1:00-2:00 P.M. at the Marshall County Council on Aging, 1305 West Harrison Street in Plymouth. There is no cost to participate in this program. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP to 574-936-9904 by February 6th.
