Marshall County Purdue Extension Health and Human Sciences is offering an educational “Meat” Alternative program. “Meat” Alternatives: How Do They Stack Up? will feature alternative options to typical meat proteins.
Karen Richey, Health and Human Science Educator, will discuss plant-based meat options and how those compare, nutritionally, to typical meat options.
This class will be held on Thursday, February 9, from 1:00-2:00 P.M. at the Marshall County Council on Aging, 1305 West Harrison Street in Plymouth. There is no cost to participate in this program.
