The Town of LaPaz has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-of-Way. As part of its Public Participation Process, the Town of La Paz will offer time for Public Comments during a public hearing on February 9, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. During this meeting, the Transition Plan will be presented.
Written comments will be accepted through February 9, 2023 until the Town Council meets at 6:00 pm. The Draft Transition Plan will be available at the La Paz Town Office located at 108 E. Randolph Street, La Paz, IN 46537. Written comments can be sent to ldove@lapazindiana.com or:
