On Sunday, January 22nd, (2023) at approximately 8:00 PM, Marshall County Police were dispatched to a residence in the 19,000 block of 6th Road for reports of a domestic disturbance.

Arriving on the scene officers located all the parties involved.

While at the residence, a female subject, identified as 42-year-old Danyelle N. Abell of 6th Road in Plymouth pulled into the driveway in a maroon 2003 Chevrolet. Danyelle was found to be under the influence of alcohol.  Officer Wozniak completed a field sobriety testing and transported Danyelle for a blood alcohol test that showed her to be over two times the legal limit of alcohol.

Danyelle Abell was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more and held o a $1,500 cash bond. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
