Twenty-two-year-old Nelson Maldonado of 1141 Lincolnway East in Plymouth was arrested by City Police on Wednesday, January 18th (2023).
Detective Ben McIntyre located Maldonado in Bourbon at about 10 a.m. and arrested him for active felony warrants. The warrants included three Level 3 Felony counts of Rape, one Level 5 Felony count of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, and one Level 6 Felony count of Sexual Battery.
Nelson Maldonado was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail without incident. He is currently being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
