On New Year’s Eve, December 31st at around 10:00 p.m. Plymouth Police were dispatched to 613 Richard Drive for a Domestic Disturbance.

Arriving on the scene, police located two males outside the residence in a physical altercation.

During the investigation, it was found that 25-year-old Alec McCuen of Nappanee had physically assaulted two juveniles that lived in the home. The other adult male on scene had been found to be assisting in protecting the juveniles from McCuen.

Alec McCuen was arrested on (2) counts of Domestic Battery and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
