Here’s a leading question: What do you do when your lead performer cancels on account of seasonal illness and you still have a whole host of musicians scheduled to play? Simple. You Shoot the Moon! And you throw a performance party and open the house. And that’s exactly what Wild Rose Moon has decided to do—this coming Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m.

At 6 pm, Wild Rose Moon will open the house for an advance social hour before a live performance at 7 pm. The show will feature a wide cast of Wild Rose Moon’s stalwart performers, including Valparaiso Finger-Picker, Micky Camp; Bremen Poet, Pam Gunterman; Plymouth’s own electric guitar stylist, Howard Gibbs; Kennedy’s Kitchen bassist, Nathan Waddill; singer-songwriters, George and Michele Schricker; and South Bend’s amazing mouth harpist, Jim Yocom. In addition, the evening will include the female singing group, The Fabulous Rosehips. The Rosehips include Nancy Schmelter, Vera Tiani, Kim Morrison, and Rosie Tiani.

The evening is open to everyone who loves listening to music and is free of charge. Freewill donations will be accepted. In the spirit of the season, Wild Rose Moon invites all attendees to bring a can of soup for The Neighborhood Center.
