Sergeant Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a Plymouth man on Sunday, November 27th for Residential Entry, Criminal Trespass, and Resisting Law Enforcement.

At about 9:45 Sunday evening city police received a complaint of a male subject in a residence at 223 West Adams Street in Plymouth.  Officers arrived on the scene and found 46-year-old Brian Braden who lives at 1311 West Jefferson Street inside the residence. 

Braden was arrested for Residential Entry, Criminal Trespass, and Resisting Law Enforcement.      

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
