Emergency Responders from Plymouth and Marshall County responded to a possible bomb threat on Tuesday afternoon at about 12:30.

The good news is it ended up being a novelty alarm clock.

The Plymouth Fire Department was dispatched to a vacant home on Menominee Drive where a potential buyer had seen what they believed were several sticks of dynamite with a switch wired to them inside the home.

The South Bend Bomb Squad was also called to the scene.

Following an investigation, the item was found to be a fake novelty item believed to be an alarm clock.
